How cooldowns work

Global cooldown — After anyone uses the command, everyone waits for the timer to expire.

Per-user cooldown — Only you wait. Other viewers can still use the same command.

How voting works

!skip triggers a vote. A skip passes at ~15% of active viewers with a minimum of 5 votes. Votes expire after 2 minutes.
